May 20th – August 29th | 5-7 Days Per Week

The off-season is the only time of year your athlete can truly focus on physical development without the fatigue of games. We provide a professional, structured environment that bridges the gap between being a "good skater" and a dominant, high-performance athlete.

The 14-Week Road Map 

​

  • Weeks 1–3 | The Foundation: We "reset" the body by fixing imbalances and strengthening joints. This ensures your athlete stays healthy and injury-free all summer.

​

  • Weeks 4–9 | Functional Armor: We focus on "Absolute Strength." This phase builds the lean muscle and power needed to win puck battles and be heavy on the puck.

​

  • Weeks 10–14 | Game Speed: We turn "Gym Strength" into "On-Ice Speed." We sharpen first-step quickness so your athlete is the fastest player on the ice.

​

The Training Schedule

​

We balance the week between the weight room and the track to ensure total athleticism:

​

  • Weight Room (3–4x per week): Focused on building the "horsepower" and structural strength needed for a physical game.

  • Track & Speed (2–3x per week): Age-appropriate sessions dedicated to explosive starts, lateral agility, and sprint mechanics.

  • Variety Training: To keep athletes engaged, we incorporate hill sprints, outdoor training, and competitive beach volleyball sessions.

Comprehensive Athlete Support

​

  • Total Wellness: Beyond the weights, we include weekly Joga (Yoga for athletes) and mobility sessions to keep hips and groins resilient.

  • On-Site Pro Care: Our staff includes Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, and Massage Therapy to manage recovery and movement correction right in the facility.

  • Nutrition Guidance: We provide athletes with the professional guidance they need to fuel for performance and recover properly between high-intensity sessions.

  • Professional Environment: Training is led by expert coaches in a high-energy culture. Premium Fierce Edge training apparel is included with registration.
